My sessions can be challenging but at the same time realistic and with my help you can achieve your goals.
I offer one to one personal training or i can arrange larger groups/classes and create bespoke sessions. I use a variety of equipment from battle ropes to boxing gloves, each session is designed to get the best out of the client, at the same time hitting the calories and improving fitness levels and shaping your body the way you want. We will always use a variety of exercises including body weight, cardio and dumbells. I use a mixture of cardio and weights to hit those stubborn areas and to keep you and your body guessing. Every session is for one hour but can be made longer or shorter to suit the clients needs. I also offer nutritional advice and support and track your progress monthly.
I operate around a 15 mile radius of the alton area. For one to one personal training I always offer a free taster session to evaluate fitness levels, strengths, weaknesses. After this, if the client is happy with my training style I will develop a training program. We can train at your home or on location at a place to suit you.
