About me

I have always been into fitness and from a young age enjoyed sports and staying active. Having been into staying fit i was asked by some friends and family to train them and so began my journey down the personal training and fitness road.

I am very passionate about a healthy lifestyle and my aim is to create an enjoyable and friendly workout while progressing individuals fitness goals, on a one to one session or a group workout.

I personally enjoy meeting new people and working with them to achieve their full potential at meeting their aims and goals.
