When I started training with Ron some months ago, it wasn’t my first attempt at getting into fitness. What I found different to my previous experiences was Ron’s easy, relaxed style which immediately put me at ease – and actually made it fun! He keeps me interested by changing the routine each session and also challenged by flexing the difficulty.
Ronnie provides fun and inclusive PT/ group fitness sessions. He mixes exercises so that you never have the same session twice, whilst always focusing on key muscle groups to mean that full-body fitness is achieved. Ronnie focuses on client’s strengths and on their goals so that exercise is suited to each person/session. I am a runner and feel that I am fit and healthy, however the classes have attained tone and fitness that are over and above what I could achieve on my own. Always fun, always smiling, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ronnie.
Ronnie is supportive and encouraging and I am surprised at what I have achieved in a relatively short space of time. I am working harder than I ever did on my own and am not only fitter and stronger but I am feeling healthier which has encouraged me to make some other positive lifestyle changes. If you are thinking of trying it out, I can’t express enough how glad I am that I did. I have found a new enthusiasm for exercise and with Ronnie’s support I am confident that I can reach my fitness goal.
